If roundcube is unable to connect to the database, run the first command and it will help in 99% cases

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube-db --force

rpm -e --nodeps cpanel-roundcubemail ; /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix
